14kgs and counting - Teina Pirake

At the start of the year I was close to 90kgs. Although I had never considered myself overweight, I was unhealthy and could feel it with everyday tasks a little harder than it used to be. I would use my busy life as a justification for the weight gain but I wasn’t happy with it. I’ve been a member with Wolves Den for a while but was always on and off with my training, until this year I kicked it up a notch. Can proudly say the team at Wolves Den have helped me in a major way. Attending the classes every week, along with a change in diet I have lost 14 kilos so far! Still a little more to go, however the goal has changed from trying to just lose weight. I want to continue becoming fitter & healthier. I highly recommend Wolves Den not only for the training, but the atmosphere and the people. When I first came, everyone was so so welcoming I never once felt uncomfortable.
