Winner winner chicken dinner! 2 for 2 at the Road to Muay Thai Grand Prix Perth!
Wolves Den was represented at the Road to Muay Thai Grand Prix competition last weekend at Curtin Stadium. Our Muay Thai athletes Ashby Tink and Tash Leslie proudly represented the pack and showed up with class!
Ashby and Tash demonstrated an impressive skillset and executed their game plans well during their full Muay Thai bouts, resulting in both athletes walking away with the W!
Tash fought for the second time in two weeks furthering her Muay Thai fight record to 2-0. It was a back and forth bout between with her opponent Courtney Murray, who was a solid striker, but Tash ultimately took the decision by being able to demonstrate the higher level of Muay Thai techniques, particularly with the kicks and the ability to work from the clinch.
Ashby’s fight was a masterclass in leg kicks. He skilfully chopped down his opponent before finishing the fight with a precision head kick ending in a KO!
Huge congratulations once again to Tash and Ashby for their wins. It was well fought and deserved with all the hard work in the Den paying off and coming to fruition!
Give the guys a prop next time you see them sweating it out at the gym!
